Payment

We have two payment gateways: PayPal Express Checkout, and Alipay.

We accept payment from Alipay or credit/debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Union Pay, Diner’s Club and enRoute etc.

If you pay with cards, we recommend using credit card since some of the debit cards may not be supported.

我們使用PayPal及Alipay支付寶作為收款平台。

我們支持的收款方式包含:信用卡、扣賬卡及支付寶;PayPal目前支持全球大部分信用卡和扣賬卡品牌,例如Visa、萬事達卡、美國運通、Discover、JCB、銀聯等。

如需要使用銀行卡付款,我們建議您優先使用信用卡付款,因為某一些地區的扣賬卡可能不被接受。

Shipping

We ship internationally and aim to fulfill online orders within 3 business days. We will notify you via email if more time is needed to ship out your items due to the stock or regular warehouse inventory. Orders placed on weekend will be processed starting from the proceeding Monday.

Shipping costs vary from customer locations, total order amount, or any other specific conditions. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the shipping address and the costs will be added to your order at the checkout.

Besides the shipping, there may be additional costs or fees occurred including but not limit to tax and/or delivery fees for certain regions which require special delivery. The total amount of your order does not contain these additional costs or fees, and your shall pay for them to successfully have the order delivered to you. We appreciate your understanding regarding above.

Shipping carrier we choose includes DHL Express, SF Express, UPS, Fedex, USPS etc. We ship most of our online orders from our warehouse located in Hong Kong, while some orders will be fulfilled from our warehouse located in United States.

我們支持配送至全球大部分地區並爭取在3個工作日內發出您的產品。如存在庫存短缺或倉庫例行盤點等情況而導致需要更多時間來處理您的訂單,我們會以郵件的方式通知您。於周末期間完成付款的訂單,我們會在接下來的周一開始訂單處理及貨物預備的工作。

當您進入到付款頁面時,運輸費用會根據你所在地自動計算得出並加入到您的待付款總額當中,而運輸費用會因為配送地區、訂單總額、購買商品的重量或尺寸等多項因素而不同。

除運輸費用外,您在正式簽收貨物之前可能會被要求支付一些其它費用,例如關稅或特別地區配送費。通常這類額外費用是當地速遞物流公司或當地政府機構特別要求的,因此您需要自行負擔這類費用,我們懇請您的理解。

我們選用的物流運輸服務商包括DHL、順豐、UPS、Fedex及USPS等;我們在全球多個地區都有部署倉庫,包括香港、中國大陸、北美、歐洲、澳大利亞等。

Warranty

Most of the Subtle products are covered by a three-month warranty against manufacturing defects starting from the date of purchase, while some of the products comes with a warranty of different period of time due to the product nature, construction or category. Followup is the list of warranty periods for our current item category:

§ Rainboots     3 months
§ Raincoat       3 months
§ Bags              3 months
§ Umbrella       1 month

Please note, this warranty is only offered to products purchased from Subtle online shop and any of our authorized stockists. Please understand that we does not assist with any warranty claims for products purchased from any unauthorized channel.

Please be aware that the warranty does not cover conditions including unreasonable wear and tear, improper deformation, repair attempt on your own, and any misuse of products. Also we do not perform repairs or offer replacement parts. When your Subtle product is replaced/returned under a valid warranty, your original warranty period will not be renewed or extended.

保用服務

大多數Subtle正版產品可享用自購買當天起為期三個月的有限保用服務,但部分產品的保有期限會有所不同,此限期將取決於產品所在的類別或產品自身的屬性等因素。以下列出Subtle現有產品類別的有限保用服務期限:

§ 雨靴        3 個月
§ 風雨衣    3 個月
§ 包類        3 個月
§ 傘類        1 個月

請知悉,保用服務的享用範圍僅限於透過Subtle官方網上商店或Subtle授權商店中購買的產品,於非Subtle官方商店或授權通路中流通的產品一律概不受理。

須注意,我們的保用服務不適用於某些特定情況,當中包括但不限於產品日常使用的磨損、外力引致的形變、自行修復的痕跡,或其它不當的使用方式而引致的產品問題等情況。當您的Subtle產品在一個有效的保用期限內發生了退/換的情況,您的原有保用期限並不會隨之更新或延續。

Exchange & Return

If you are not happy with your Subtle products or wish to change the size, you can request an exchange/return and send back the item(s) to us at your own cost within a 14-day period starting from the item(s) being received. Requesting exchange for another size, color or style is also applicable as long as there’s available stock and the desired color/style is of equal price.

We only accept request of exchange/return for item(s) purchased directly from the Subtle online shop. If you purchased your Subtle products from any of our authorized stockists, please refer to the original place where your Subtle products were purchased from. Any item(s) purchased from neither the Subtle online shop nor Subtle’s authorized stockists is not covered by our service and they shall not be returned or exchanged.

Before requesting an exchange/return, make sure the item(s) you expected to send back meet(s) the following three conditions:

§ Your order is in the 14-day period starting from the item(s) being received.
§ Purchased item(s) is remained in new, unused and fully re-salable.
§ Subtle tags and labelling are completely intact.

Once we’ve confirmed with you to send back the item(s), please be aware that 1) proof of purchase (i.e. print copy of order confirmation email) is included in the package, 2) the return package shall be packed and sealed securely, keeping the item(s) inside safe and sound, and 3) shipping fees is pre-paid.

In a case when the purchased item(s) is a manufacturing defect within warranty, or in a case when we ship out a wrong product/size/color/style, please keep everything in its original conditions and status, and then contact us about the case. We will take immediate action (i.e. investigating the case and asking for photos on the item(s)) and apply an exchange or refund for you after the item(s) being returned to us. We will take care the shipping cost incurred due to these cases, kindly please pay for the return shipping fees in advance and we will issue a refund to cover the expense on your side.

Regarding manufacturing defect, first please go through the Special Notes specified in the product page of that item to get more knowledge about the garment. Due to the product nature or garment attribute, some cases may not be considered as defects. If you still have any doubt on your purchased item(s) or it’s not the case specified in the Special Notes, please contact us about the case. Subtle reserves the right of final interpretation of manufacturing defect on the basis of integrity.

 

退換政策

如您對購買的Subtle產品不滿意或需要更換商品,您可以在收到貨物的14日內向我們提出退換請求。如欲更換碼數、顏色或風格,我們須事先確保更換的產品與您原訂單購買產品價格相同,同時庫存充足。

退換服務僅限於Subtle線上官方商店的訂單,如果您從其它Subtle授權通路購買了產品,請向產品原售出處諮詢相關退換服務。任何從非Subtle官方線上商店或非Subtle正式授權商店中購買的產品不在我們的退換政策服務範圍內。

在您提出退換請求之前,請確保退貨產品符合以下三項條件:

§ 產品仍然在自收到貨物的14日限期之內
§ 產品必須保持新凈狀態,無任何穿著或使用痕跡,並且不影響再次銷售
§ 產品仍然保留著Subtle吊牌及標籤

當您的退換請求被確認後,並在您寄回包裹之前,請確保 1)您的購買付款憑證(例如訂單郵件的打印副本)放在寄回包裹內;2)寄回包裹內的產品由泡沫或其它緩冲物充分包實,包裹外部的膠布封裝嚴密;3)運輸郵費已預先支付。

當您收到的產品為工業不良品(包括有效保用限期內的工業不良)或貨物與您訂單中的產品不相符時,請保持貨物原有的狀態並立即與我們聯絡,我們會第一時間採取行動(包括檢視相關流程或請求您返回照片證據)並在收到寄回貨件之後,為您更換產品或退款。此類情況所造成的退換運輸郵費將由我們來承擔,但仍需要您預先支付一程運費郵費,我們會在為您更換產品或退款時,一併將郵費退還。

至於工業不良品的鑑定,請首先查閱Subtle網站中每件產品詳情頁中的「特別說明」,以便您更加瞭解材質特徵或產品屬性。正由於此類特徵或屬性,某些情況不應視為工業不良品。如您對所購買的產品有疑問或出現「特別說明」中無提及到的情況,請與我們聯絡。在保證公正及對消費者負責的前提下,Subtle對於產品的工業不良情況享有最終解釋權。
