Yes. You may request return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility to request a return or exchange (unless item approved as a defect):

  • Item must be brand new, unworn and unused
  • Tags and labels are still attached and completely intact
  • Item returned in fully re-sellable condition and in original packaging
  • Exchange for another size or color are confirmed stock available and of equal price

To apply a return or exchange, please submit the request from to us within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Make sure your order is fully eligible to request a return or exchange (see the above question). Your request will be approved within 2 working days, and the return address will be sent to you as well.

Next, complete below steps one by one to ship the item back to us:

  • A print copy of receipt or invoice is included in the package
  • The returned item is packed and sealed securely
  • Custom paperwork is marked as ‘Returned to Country of Origin’ with ‘No Commercial Value’
  • Shipping fees at your end is pre-paid

Once we receive your return package and confirm the item to be safe and sound, we will process refund or exchange within 2 working days.

Subtle makes every piece with quality and durability at the forefront. We offer a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship at free of charge.

Warranty does not cover normal wear or tear, misuse, neglect, improper care, accidents, shipment damage in transit or any unauthorized modifications to the item. Warranty is valid for the duration of the original purchaser’s lifetime, starting from the date of purchase from this website or an authorized stockist.

Due to product nature and construction, Subtle products may come with varied warranty period.

  • Apparel, luggage and bags are covered for two years.
  • Footwear and umbrella are covered for one year.

To report a defect, please submit the defect claim form. We will investigate the case based on the evidence and proof you’ve provided.

If defect is proven within a valid warranty, we will either repair it at free of charge or exchange for a new one. After repair, the initial warranty period will not be renewed or extended.

Due to the product or garment nature, some cases may not be considered as defects. Special product nature or garment attribute are described on the single product page. Subtle reserves the right of final interpretation of manufacturing defect.
